After 20 years in Human Resources, I’ve seen hiring from every angle: recruiting, screening, interviewing, and sitting in on those final “who do we hire?” conversations. Today, I use that experience to support both early career job seekers and employers who want to hire more thoughtfully and with greater clarity.
